Pricing: Music files are priced according to their length, with a base price of $0.10 per minute. If you buy an album, it will be 10% less than the cost of getting all the tracks individually, and you also get album art and liner notes in PDF form. There's also a price cap on albums, so no album is more expensive than $4.99.

You're buying downloadable files. Download them to your hard disk. You have the usual fair use rights, so you're free to burn them to a CD to play in the car, or copy them to your .mp3 player. You can make mix discs for your friends. If they like what they heard, let them know you got the music here. Stream them on your internet radio station, even. (Ideally, you're transmitting the ID3 tags so people can know who the performer is.) You have permission to share your favorite tracks on P2P networks, or post them to NNTP binary groups, but PLEASE don't post binary files to non-binary groups.

You have permission to share these files, but you do not, however, have permission to resell these files in any form--not downloadable or on any other medium. Nor do you have permission to post them on any website or FTP site.
